We're recruiting for a client manager!


We have an exciting new role in our expanding firm of chartered accountants.

Reporting to the technical director, or managing director, your duties will involve the following:

  • - responsibility for a varied client portfolio; looking after annual accounts, tax and VAT for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs and limited companies.
  • - being the day to day contact for the client and available to answer ad hoc client queries
  • - initially you will also need to be able to carry out book-keeping services and produce management accounts
Skills/Experience required:


  • - Previous accountancy practice experience required covering all the above areas.
  • - Experience of Xero and Iris software beneficial, as well as Sage and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • - A working knowledge of payroll (Iris/Sage) is preferred, to support our dedicated payroll manager
Study support and flexible working could be offered for the right candidate.
You will be working with a small team in in modern, prestigious offices at Hamilton Square, Birkenhead. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm - 1 hour lunch - 35 hour week. Healthcare provided after 3 months probation. Workplace pension. 28 days holiday including bank holidays up to 5 years service, 33 days thereafter. Free parking.
