What’s your role within the company?

I keep everything organised, which involves helping the rest of the team with their admin related jobs. I also act as receptionist handling any inbound enquiries we get.

What do you like most about working for Jan McDermott & Co?

I love working for Jan because she is so patient, nothing is too much trouble. There is a great mix of people here, so you can always expect a nice atmosphere when you come to work.

What’s beyond the 9 to 5?

I’m the type of person who loves to be busy all the time. I love travelling and experiencing new cultures. I’m really into my horror novels.

I’m currently reading ‘Gruesome Murder Mysteries’ much to my husband’s dismay. I’m about to start Zumba, which I’m really looking forward to. Last year I performed at the Floral Pavilion in a dance show – I studied tap for three years.

Tell us something few people know about you

There is little people don’t know about me, but my dream is to visit Borneo so I can see the baby orang-utans.  

What’s your favourite film?

Dirty Dancing.

What’s your biggest adrenaline rush?

When I went paragliding on holiday last year.

What’s your proudest moment?

It would have to be when I had my daughter.
